Delivery and Return Policy

This policy applies to all products and services purchased through the website poartacunoasterii.ro, operated by SC Transfer de Cunoastere SRL.

1. Delivery of services and products

1.1 For online courses, access is either through a link received by e-mail or by creating an account on our platform, immediately after confirmation of payment.

1.2 For individual or group sessions, after finalization of the order and payment, the client will receive all necessary details (date, time, connection link, etc.) to the e-mail address provided.

1.3 If we sell physical products (e.g. printed course aids or ancillary materials), they will be delivered by courier within 2-5 working days of order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery address.

1.4 Delivery costs, if any, are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

2. Return policy

2.1 In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to return physical products or request a withdrawal from a course purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.

2.2 For digital products (online courses), return is only possible if access to the content has not been used/opened. Once you have accessed the materials, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

2.3 For scheduled sessions, cancellation is possible at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be considered to be consumed.

2.4 To request a return, please send an e-mail to contact@poartacunoasterii.rostating the order number, your full name and the reason for the return. We will respond shortly with the necessary steps

2.5 Returned physical products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, undamaged and with all accessories or related documents.

2.6 The transportation cost for the return of physical products is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

2.7 The value of the eligible product/service will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days after acceptance of the return, by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
